I have a friend who took a pill in the morning and I am very concerned about if it works. I used a condom, but left and I do not know. I never worry. If you have a good answer please help if this is a reaction Redneck, please consider, thank you

I'm not quite clear in your question, but:

The morning-after pill prevents that between 75-90 percent of the fertilized egg implanted if taken within 3 days after unprotected intercourse.

When she takes the pill and then had unprotected sex? It would be pointless. They are not effective when used in this way.
